The Recovery Tool saved a pst file from 2003 Outlook. I upgraded my computer to Windows Vista, Outlook 2007 and it will not open. I saw later in fine print that older versions of outlook that are retrieved probably need to be opened by the old outlook. I'm still working on it. If it works, it will be well worth it, but if not, then I won't like this.

The Product doesn`t work. This product did not recover my OST file very well at all. Most of the messsages came back as junk, with no message body. I tried exprting to PST and dumping to EML's and neither option preformed satifcatorily. I wasted $50!

Good tool to recover mails This is a good tool for recovery of mails. I wanted to recover my 5 year old mails. My comments are as follows :* As promised, five mails in each folder were recovered as I used trial version. * However, this tool does not give you the password. I had used the same password for my Excel & Word files. Hence, I was more interested in getting the password. It is mentioned on the site that about three passwords are equivalent in the encryption. In that case, it is better to display all the passwords.* It did not recover anything from the archived folders.* ...

Recovery Toolbox failed Problems:1. Display said 14 folders found but showed only 11 (eg: Global email folder missing.2. 548 contacts found but only the names and not the e-addresses3. Journal log found from 7/5/2006 to 10/19/2007 (2005 missing)4. Recovered 4 GB data but non can be accessed afterwards5. The folder with data cannot be opened6. Since the demo package failed, I didn't buy the full package.

RTBO is the best for it`s purposes. Exellent program! But it's price is no good.

while it seems to be an ok program i'm afraid to say it wasn't able to recover the deleted files i wanted to recover as it didn't go back far enough date - wise - but to be fair i don't think any other program would be able to recover them either

More support I needed a program to recover email from Outlook Express but they were earlier versions of Outlook Express email stores (MBX files) Nucleus only dealt with DBX files. It didn't perform the task I required it to do. An Outlook Express recovery should be able to support all versions.

Access to recovered files A feature, and button to initiate this feature, that brings up the address book automatically once the scanning has been completed would enhace the operation of the recovery of the address book apart from this the programe seems to do what it was intended to do without any real problems

Recovering truncated Notes databases Hi. I have tried using the demo version of the Notes Quick restore but the truncated file didn't get restored even partially. I have also read on a website the same thing happening to another user. Can you state that your product can recover lost emails and/or attachments from truncated lotus mail files? Would we be able to email you the truncated file so that you could see if your product can actually recover the data? Regards Steve
